This morning, Bausch & Lomb stopped shipments of its soft contact lens solution ReNu with MoisterLOC, after findings revealed over 100 rare fungal infections worldwide. Earlier this year, the manufacturer stopped shipments to Hong Kong and Singapore after infections surfaced there. The fungal conditions called Keratitis could lead to blindness or the need for corneal transplants. Symptoms include sudden blurred or fuzzy vision, red or irritated eyes, pain, and sensitivity to light. If you use this product and have suffered any of these symptoms, go immediately to an opthamologist before its too late.
