Another early morning bus crash was reported today. A bus caring a family from Buffalo, New York back to Alabama crashed Monday morning possibly after the driver dosed off during the trip. The crash left at least one person dead and 66 other people injured. The crash took place in Kentucky on Interstate 65 near the 42 mile marker.

This most recent bus crash is one of several over the past few months, including a bus that was traveling from Chicago that crashed in Pennsylvania. The victims of these bus crashes may be entitled to recover for their injuries and the families of those killed may be able to recover for the wrongful deaths of their family members. The bus company and the driver appear to be responsible for this accident.
