A new website encourages doctors to blacklist patients and plaintiff attorneys who have filed medical malpractice suits. Ironically, plaintiffs whose cases resulted in not guilty verdicts are encouraged to sue their lawyers for professional malpractice. Of course, the website is registered on Nevis, a Caribbean island, to discourage lawsuits against the owners. Unfortunately, the AMA has no official policy position on this unethical medical website. Whatever happened to the medical proviso, “Doctor, do no harm”?
