A previous post indicated that two children were killed in an Indiana car accident on Sunday, when in fact only one child, the six year old, was killed. The other child, a twelve year old, is alive but was seriously injured. The accident took place between two cars and it is believed that the SUV that the children were riding in ran through a stop sign causing a car to run into the SUV’s side.

When the car ran into the SUV, the SUV rolled into a tree and the car spun until hitting the same tree. No one in the car was injured.

There is no information at this time about a case being filed on behalf of the children against either driver.
