A car crash in Gary, Indiana on Sunday had taken the life of one child and has now taken the life of a second child. Odis Taylor, who was only six years old, died at the scene of the accident. Joseph Tyler, age 12, died Monday morning at the University of Chicago Hospital. Reports have stated that the children were sitting in the front seat one on the others lap when the SUV they were in ran a stop sign and caused another car to crash into the SUV.

There have been no charges filed at this time against the 28 year old driver of the car. The driver, however, may face legal action from the families of the two children that were killed. The families may have a right to file a wrongful death action against the driver.
