Daniel Yost was working on overhead power lines in Lombard, Illinois when he was electrocuted. The 24 year old Yost was working near 135 S. Dodge Lane in Lombard on Tuesday afternoon. He was taken to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital but did not survive.
ComEd and the Lombard police are currently investigating the matter. Yost’s family may be able to recover for his wrongful death. They may be able to seek money damages for their financial and emotional loss.
