Ryan Boudreau of Chicago died Monday after being hit by a truck. Boudreau, who was 27 at the time of his death, was riding his bicycle on Clark Street in Chicago when he was hit by the truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers have determined the fatal collision was an accident. However, Boudreau’s family may be able to recover against the truck driver for the wrongful death of Boudreau if it is determined that the driver caused the accident. Ryan Boudreau’s family should contact an attorney to determine what type of legal action they may be able to take.
