A rollover on the Bishop Ford Freeway in Chicago left four people critically injured and one man dead. Robin Stokes of Chicago lost his life Sunday after a car cut off the vehicle he was traveling in and caused his vehicle to rollover.
There have been no reports of who was driving the vehicle that cut off the vehicle that rolled over. It is believed the rain was a factor in the accident. There is no indication speeding caused the accident.
Robin Stoke’s family and those injured in the accident should contact an attorney to find out what their legal rights are. Those injured in the accident may be entitled to recover for pain and suffering, lost wages and past and future medical care.
