On Monday the last known missing person’s body was pulled from the water where the Minneapolis Interstate 35W bridge once stood.  Gregory Jolstad was a 45 year old construction worker that died in the collapse.  He was part of the bridge’s resurfacing crew.  The official death toll now stands at 13.

The bridge collapse has raised a lot of questions and concerns about bridge construction around the country.  Many of the victims of the Minneapolis bridge collapse are looking for answers from those in charge of the maintenance and safety of the bridge but are not getting the answers they would like.  People injured in the collapse and families of those killed may have a right to recover against the city and others in charge of maintaining the bridge.  If you or someone you know was injured or killed as a result of the bridge collapse, contact an attorney to find out your legal rights.
