A woman was rushed to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove after she was involved in an accident with a drunk driver. The 20 year old drunk driver, Lorena Baylon, was charged with DUI after causing the early morning three vehicle accident. Baylon struck the victim’s car head on when she crossed over the center line and into oncoming traffic. A truck then hit the back of the victim’s car.
The injured woman may be able to file her own lawsuit against Baylon to recover for her injuries and other damages resulting from the car accident. There is no report at this time whether the vicitm has contacted an attorney and taken legal action against Baylon.
