Ricardo Chavez-Cornejo was killed Sunday morning when he was ejected from the car he was traveling in on the Edens expressway.  It is believed the driver of the car fell asleep at the wheel causing the car to cross several lanes of traffic and strike the center median.  The driver and other passenger of the car were not seriously injured.

Ricardo Chavez-Cornejo was only thirty-one years old when he died.  His family may be able to take legal action against the driver of the car for his wrongful death.
