Carlos R. Daniels of Chicago, Illinois died Wednesday after he lost control of his car and it crashed into a tree. It is believed that Daniels, who was driving a Ford Escape SUV, was side swiped by another car that was traveling on Chicago Avenue. At this time there are no suspects in the hit and run.
Daniels was the only person in the car at the time of the accident. His family may be able to take legal action against the driver of the car for the death of Carlos Daniels. The family may be able to recover for the loss of Daniels’ life, including lost wages and the famliy’s emotional loss. The family should contact an attorney to determine what their legal rights are.
